I was looking at the intake systems on some vy v8s the other day, and by all acounts the v8 airbox seems to be the same as a v6, just with diff holes and where the top outlet goes.
Now i know holden wouldnt go round making two different sized airboxes, one for a v8 and one for a v6.
Could it be possible to swap the v8 airbox lid for a v6 item, put it on the bottom half of a v8 airbox, n run somehting like an OTR V8 system? or even use the entire V8 airbox n just replum the intake pipe
the v8 ones screw on and the v6 ones clip in i think and the pipe for the v8 ones go to the front and the v6 goes to the throttlebody at the back it wouldnt be worth it
