Cam, which Cam?

Hi All,

I am looking at putting a cam in my LS1 after my mafless tune. Can anyone recommend anything at all?

It's a daily driver so I would like it not to be undriveable so to speak.

Don't you think it would be smarter to get the tune AFTER the cam swap? No point getting 2 tunes. In regards to cam choices, best you hit the search button or ring some tuners and tell them what you expect from the swap and they'll be able to recommend one (or 10 for that matter). Also you could jump on LS1.com.au and do a search. The sponsors section there will have a tuner near you.

I just had a ISKY Custom grind Racing Cam 224/227 with .610 lift
Makes power from 3000-6600rpm
& PAC racing Valve Spring 1511’s
Running a stock stally and it has great power and a mean idle at the traffic lights....
Turns heads ......

lol at stock stally. must be a dog at the lights. mine hated to idle until i got my hi stall.
