Hi,
I just fitted a Supercat twin 2.5 inch exhaust to my VY SS sedan. The exhaust pipes are hitting the tailshaft coupling. I tried bending the exhaust down a bit and that seemed to work if I dont have a rubber grommet on the rear, but when I hit a bump the exhaust hits the tailshaft coupling.
Has anyone had this happen, and if so, what did you do to fix it?
is your exhaust pulling to one side. i had the same issue with this. due to one of my extractor pipes being bout 2cm shorter than the other. i had to get a flange plate fitted between my cat pipe and the exhaust on one side to shift it over away from my driveline and side of bumper
Yeah it is pulling to the left. The exhaust is literally rubbing against the tailshaft coupling. I can drive around the driveway but when Im on the road it scrapes badly.
