Squeak coming from rear wheel?

To be honest i know nothing about cars. Im trying to learn!
When i travel slow, i get this irritating sqeaking noise, it doesnt happen always but its a pain. I just replaced my two rear tyres due to wear and i was hoping they had somthing to do with the problem, but, low and behold it reared its ugly head. I suspect the brakes or something?? Any suggestions?
It usually happens after i havent driven for a while, like in the morning before work or the afternoon when im going home.
Any advice would be helpful.
