Default Views on custom sub box?

Hey guys, I'm currently looking around at what my options might be for upgrading my sound system, I already have a LPG tank in my boot so I have been looking into something that will reduce how much space a sub will take up in my boot, are these a good product?, has anybody installed or know anybody who has got one installed? and if I get one where would the best place to install the amp be?

I went custom fibreglass boxes in my VY on gas. Click on the link in my sig and you'll see it on the first page. All up with the boxes, carpet, timber it set me back $700 and took me about 2 hours to do. (boxes where $250 each)

FYI- those boxes are rediculously small.. you'd notice a HUGE difference in quality between a properly made box compared to one of those.

There is a bloke called silver surfer who runs the Queensland Commodores club who has them or had them installed.
I've posted a link to his ride, might be worth asking him if you don't get anything on here.

I have 2 of the ones in your link left and right side as i have a LPG tank as well. The boxs do look good and they only have carpet on the parts you see so not the back of the box. I run 2 soundstream SPL 12 subs in mine and they are fine in that size box but thats my subs not yours. At the left side of your LPG tank have a feel with your hand you will see a flat panel behide the carpet thats were the OEM amps are installed same as mine as well. Check to see how long your AMP is and if it will over hang the panel as the left box dont give you a lot of room for your AMP to over hang.

An Alpine type R 12inch with its standard Ported box would be fine tho you will need a descent amp to run one.
You can buy the box and the Woofer for about $450 and its all you would need and will sound Killa!!

ive been looking into orion's XTR gear and can get it all fitted and installed for around 1300, which includes XTR splits - $279 , XTR 6 x 9's $199 , amp and sub for $500 then install, but ill probly be able to score it cheap as ill get it all at the same time, will probly end up costing me about $1100-$1150
