hey guys
i hav a vy clubsport it still needs lowering but not sure wich springs would giv it a nice look i dont wanna lower it sumthing stupid as i dont wanna bottom out evrywere specialy with the kit
I have a VY S pac and have mine lowered on pedders sports springs which are a little lower than FE2, never get scraping, if ur in eastern melbourne I would recommend bulleen tyre factory as they are the guys that have done my car and my last car and they did it perfectly, no scraping from either car, just tell them what you want and they should be able to hook you up for a reasonable price, they"ll even do a balance and wheel alignment for a little ammount. ask for steve he owns the place

my ute had king ultra low springs on it, was giving me way to many problems with camber and scraping so i swapped em for uper lows, still looks tough but alot less issues
Definately go Ultra Low king springs. I just did Ultra Lows around my VZ Calais with monroe Gt lowered shocks, havent bottom out on a thing. Driveways and speedhumps are pretty much all ok, except the stupid ones.
thanx guys ill hav to look into it more ill prob go into afew places and see wat they recomend
how much u pay for the pedders sports springs
450 installed with wheel allignment but their my usual guys n take care of me pretty well cos they now ill be coming back, they do my tyres and wheels all the time

Being an HSV and having the kit to deal with Id say go with low front and super rear. That will bring it down nicely without being a problem over bumps or in carparks. Mine currently has King superlow front and King ultra low springs from the VP-VS irs in the rear (bought it that way 3 weeks ago) and I am planning to get it raised about 20mm in the rear as with 20's on it scrubs, scrapes and bottoms out over every large bump, driveway and hard turn. It does look great though but not so practical.
