Vy back door actuators

My two back doors (ELECTRIC) will not unlock on my VY Acclaim so how do I get them open to replace actuators in them?

Are they making any noise and just stuck? Mine have stuck before especially on a wet day either won't unlock or won't lock. It's got no pattern to it and they eventually work after 1 or 2 goes at the remote. Same deal when it's really hot and I nitice the door handle feels differnet like the tolerances in the lock have changed due to the parts expanding in the heat.
You may need to find the wire that applies 12V to the solenoids and apply 12 volts from the battery and se eif that unlocks them.
