Default would i still need a camber kit?

i just lowered my vy II wagon. its got super lows in it. the angle of the wheel doesnt look that bad so i was hoping there would be enough adjustment in the toe bar things to fix it with an allignment.

    any thoughts on this?

if its any help from the top of the wheel arch to the ground is 620mm with 245/35/19s

    thanks
