seedometer display on monaro series 3 (VY series 2)

Quick question. Can you make the digital speedometer display on the dash with a series 3 monaro?

if its using the vy cluster. then yes. Holden can do it for you for a small price. Be aware that the spedo will override another function (such as the overspeed)

its called the police pack and all they need to do is plug there tech2 into it push a few buttons and its done DONT pay anymore than about $70 for it ive herd of them trying to slug people up to $300 for it and others getting it done for free depends on your dealer i suppose

does anyone know a good place in adelaide to do this? because i went to city holden and asked and they quoted me around $110 and it would take 1 hour, so im not going there

Hamilton Holden down on brighton road did my VY for $60 in about half hour. They give you free coffee and stuff.

When I was looking around for someone to do it myself, Southgate Holden tried to slug me $500, telling me they need to replace sensors and everything. What a load os BS.

All I lost was my speed alert, which was normally set on 140km/h anyway.
