VY 6 stacker dead
Hi All,
I have a VY II S with a Blaupunkt 6-stacker. The car battery was recently changed and was hooked up back to front for a short period. Since it happened the unit hasn't worked. No power let alone cd/radio.
I supposed it was a fuse due to the battery muck up but all fuses under bonnet, near battery and under steering wheel are intact. Is there antoher fuse behind the unit itself? Anyone have any ideas what could be going on?

Yeah the unit has its own 10A fuse, so def check that sounds like the problem.
Even unplugging the battery shouldnt cause your radio to reset.

Im not gunna have a go at you for hooking it up backwards (even though someone probably will) but s**t im suprised you didnt stuff more things up by hooking the battery up backwards!!!!!
i suppose your kinda lucky that the cd/radio is the only thing not working!
