vt clubby diff

i was wondering if there is any difference in a vt clubby diff and a vy ss diff?

ok nobody jump in and help me! obviously ratio is different between the two. ive figured out that the vt s1 diffs are different, would the vt s2 clubby diff bolt into a vy. or would that require mods? or would it be worse off going an older diff in a vy?
