Hi All,

I'm new to this forum just signed up tonight so please excuse me if this post is in the wrong place.
I'm unable to post this in the for sale section as I haven't been a member long enough.

I'm just trying to find out what my YV II SS commodore is worth. I've had it on the market for the last 12 months and not one interested person. No one has even made an offer.

It is a 2004 VY II SS 5.7 4sp Auto 80,000kms 20inch mags and dual 2 1/2 inch exhaust with genie headers. Not trying to sell it on here just trying to find out what people think it is worth. I have $21,000 on it.

Personally I think getting anything over 20K privately for a VY SS now will be very difficult.

I suggest you have a quick look on car sales and try and align your pricing against cars of similar year and kms. Also try not to fool yourself thinking mods are going to add value, if anything they are narrowing the market.

i agree with the above statement you would more than likely have more chance selling it if you put the genuine wheels back on and lower the price to adjust then sell the wheels seperate. thats low km so you shouldnt have a problem selling it. I need to know where your from to tell you what its worth and also what colour is it as colours make a huge difference to pricing.

I couldn't sell my VY SS even when advertised for $16,000. Not a single genuine inquiry.
