    Default Which lights to get???

    Hey
Im looking for some more light and am wondering which way to go, either foggies or just driving lights.
I know its illegal to have foggies on during normal driving etc, but whats the deal with driving lights?

And yes i know i can just upgrade the bulbs etc, but i want something in the bumper
Its a VY acclaim btw (would this already have the wiring behind the bumper to do this?)

Any other suggestions would be good.
    Cheers

Go check for yourself if it has the wiring or not, i know my mates VZ acclaim has it. Look behind the bumper and if you see two distinct bundles of wire you might be in luck. If not, it was a really easy job to buy aftermarket foglights 60$ a pair off ebay for me, saves u paying 120 dollars + from holden. Then fitting them involved making up some looms and feeding it through a relay and just through the firewall to a switch.

my VY Spac didn't have the wiring there, but it did have the spots in the fuse panel for it.. so all i did was just make up some looms and a relay and wire them to a switch and they work pretty good, but ideally if you want more light and have some money to throw around say $200 i would look into getting a set of HID headlights, as their heaps better than what any fog/driving light could do..

Can you actually get HID setups for non projector VY headlights. Ive been trying to get some more brightness out of mine as it has shocking low beams. Multiple sets of lights (including the US ones). Nothing seems to work as good as i hoped.
