When you change the TB to a larger one you don't require as much throttle as you did before to be at the same revs.
There are tables in the PCM that govern when the auto is to change gears. One of these tables is a Part Throttle table.
Now that you are using less throttle that what you did previously, you are not meeting the requirements of the table for the auto to change gear.
This is most likely why your auto is shifting at a different rev than before.
Did it come with a TPS or did you use the one of your old TB?. The reason I ask is that some people don't put the little black spacer back on the TB shaft when they swap the TPS.
On another note you do know that the area behind the TB is only 64mm X 53mm.
