VY foglight nuts

Bought a set of foglights the other day, second hand so they didnt come with any nuts. They fit fine, just dunno what nuts to get. I was told 8mm metric, but the guys exact words were ''i think 8mm metric'' so id like to see if anyones got any other info or knows the size.

yes i got mine on the other day, dont get the imperial ones, i brought them and couldnt be bothered going back, so kinda used the spanner and forced it over the thread.
8mm bolts from bunnings, about 14 cents each. take the foggy with u to check it fits too and galvanised ones, so they dont rust.
