Default Bouncy Suspension after Lowering VY

I have lowered the back of my VY ute with Kingspring SL's and new Monroe GT lowering shocks... I have given it a few days to settle in but my problem is still occurring. the car has become really bouncy to the point where its shacking the entire interior, on good roads its fine but on any road that's not that great its rubbish. Is this expected or is there a problem ?

My car was a touch bouncy but not to the point of shaking the interior?

Take it back to where it was lowered and ask for their advice.
    Check out my ride!

I remember putting Selby springs in an old Torana and it was much firmer but you could feel the car bouncing slightly and I have also noticed this while driving behind lowered cars as they go over gentle bumps on the road.
You just changed the back and left Holden springs in the front? I'd be checking on this as it could seriously affect the handing characteristics of your car as the front and back springs are mis matched.

You have a ute, so there is little weight in the rear, you have firmer springs, so of course it is bouncing around. Have you tried it with a decent load in the back?
Are they Ute springs? Not sedan springs?

i lowerd my car myself and didnt tightern the shocks enough so it was like a trampoline, try tighterning the nuts on top of your shocks 4-5 turns then tale it for a drive and see how it goes,

fixed my ride, it was soid bumps after that.
    cheers

Do you mean soft bouncy or firm "rough" bouncy. You have less suspension travel, and firmer springs/shocks. It is going to be rougher than usual. Tighten up the screws in the interior til it stops shaking
