VY Crewman Service Light?

Hi there people,
Work mate has a 2004 crewman with 56,000ks on the clock, at 45,000ks the service light came up, so in it went and had its service, and light was reset, and all was fine. At about and from 50,000ks onwards, the 45,000ks service came up on the dash, everytime he starts it? Starts and drives fine everytime.
His question is, How does he get this to stop coming up everytime he starts it? Or has this logged a fault in the computer?
Any clues would help, cheers.

Press and hold the two arrows on the mode switch while turning the ignition on, when it beeps press and hold the set button until it beeps again, then it should be gone.
