I'm thinking I got a pretty good deal? :-) And there a half decent tyre aye?
What are peoples opinions, I know these are done to death, but I figured, if anyone else in the western suburbs in melbourne are interested if it is indeed a good deal! I can suggest the tyre joint for it:-)

One of my mates got these Kingforest branded tyres for his VS Caprice, there 225/60R16 for $75 each plus fitting and balancing. Don't know how good they are but they look OK, are directional, have rim protectors and use a silica compound.
I was gonna get nankangsNS2's for 120 each, fitted, but thought, ide give a bit extra, and get the kumho. So I dunno, its pretty hard to find car reviews on the forums I searched, you know whats a good idea, to maybe add another section with tyre reviews with each tyre brand and subtype, how much they paid, and k's they got, wet and dry etc, would help heaps![]()
Glad you didnt touch the NS2's mate not a fantastic tyre, my nexnen N3000's performed better.

I have Toyo TEO 225 50 16's and have found them to be one of the best wearing tyre I've had in nearly twenty years of driving. They are a middle of the range tyre and more than one tyre joint have reccomended them as being good value for the price paid. They are quiet too which is good. Pain in the ass when you fork out a heap for new tyres and find that as you pull out of the tyre shop and down the road, you just about have to pull in to the nearest auto accessories store to buy louder speakers to drown out the tyre noise! Interested to hear how yor Kumho's go though.
'Ah well, I suppose it had to come to this.'
All good, I'm on 95,000k's at the moment, so we'll be able to see how wear etc goes![]()
