    Default VY Headlights

So I drove my baby for the first time at night tonight, and put my "headlights" on, which did pretty much nothing, so I had to drive with my fog lights on so I could see, should I be getting new globes in the headlights, or is it ok for me to drive at night with my foglights on as well?

If you found the light output of your foggies was better than your headlights you've got an issue with your headlights. Sure you weren't just using your parkers? And yes driving around with your foggies on when the conditions don't require them is illegal. I'd just get some brighter/whiter globes.

You can't spare $50 for globes without having to re-draw on your mortgage? You've got bigger issues than headlights I reckon....

lol, IDK how much they cost! Ok, well, I have the 3 light options on my dash Auto and High beam are both the same brightness, and my only other optin being the first one on the dial, is really dull, is that my parking lights? If so, I feel like a goose...

Yep, first one is your parkers. Next is your low beams, then auto (don't worry about using auto for now). When on lowbeams flick your indicator stalk forward and that's your high beams (you'll get the high beam symbol come up on your dash).

THANKYOU! That was my problem! (the joys of buying a car without a owners manual!) You have saved my redraw $50, lol.
