how to dismantle foglight switch

hey guys i just got a black foglight switch (converting from grey) and since ive had my leds changed to blue i wanted to swap the lights over, but i cant figure out how it comes apart i got to this stage:




and i dont know where to go from here, i tried taking the front plate off of my old grey one but i didnt want to break anything so if anyone knows how to dismantle it, please do share

You are on the right track, Front control comes off mind you will need a good bit of force..

but isnt the dimmer control in the way? im pretty sure i snapped it on my grey one lol

Ok.. Pull the Light selector switch off it then just comes away.. To easy (unless you are heavy handed)

Hopefully with the crappy picture supplied things will come to light.... pardon the pun :P

thanks mate i got it off but now its not letting me switch my lights on while its plugged in

i seemed to have half fixed it, the foglight part now when i pull it out sometimes comes all the way out when i wanna turn foggies on hahaha...

ha ha clearly you've buggered something up.. got things around the wrong way maybe.. Still with time and patients I'm sure you'll nut it out.

now its loose and wont clip back into the car properly..... fml -.-
