double din dash removal
hey guys im looking to start painting my dash and im having trouble removing the storage compartment under the single din stereo i have had installed, i was wondering if any one could shed some light or even if they had pictured on how they removed the storage compartment please would be awesome.

i just changed my single din (after market) on my vx dont know if there the same as the vy but with the head unit out the pocket just pulled out.

ive been told there is a securing pin and if you do just pull you can stuff the pouch
most pockets are just push and clip in units just give it a swift pull it should make a loud click and remove just have a look at it after wards if they have fitted it rite u will be fine if not and uts broken there like 20 bucks max to replace
