Default Will a VZ front bar fit a VY Berlina?

    Hey all,
as you would know the VY Berlina headlights do not have the tear drop as the SS/Exec etc do. So i'm looking at getting a different front bar, but not sure what will fit?
Will a VZ SS / VZ Clubsport / VZ Calais front bar fit, without VZ Lights? Will it line up with the bonnet/guards etc?

Similarly, with Head/tail lights.. Will VZ SS/Calais tail lights fit straight into my VY? Or VZ SS/Calais headlights?

    Thanks!

The front end swap won't work but the rear end will.

The inner edges of the VY headlights are a different angle to the VZ's so the VZ bumper won't align with the lights. As far as I know, there is a fair old gap between the lower corner of the VY light and the light recess in the VZ bumper. Also, the raised ribs on the VZ bumper will not align with the VY bonnet. VZ headlights into a VY Berlina? Why bother? The minor styling differences between the two different designs won't be worth the problems modifying the bumper to accommodate them.

VZ Calais taillights are a straight swap into a VY Berlina.

Thanks for that mate. So if i wanted any VZ front bar i would have to change to:
    VZ Headlights
    VZ Bonnet
    VZ Front Bar
    VZ Front Quarter Guards?

    Or,
I could go a VY Calais front bar?

Thanks for clearing all this up mate!

The front guards are the same (unless you want VZ SS guards). Bonnett, grille, bumper fascia and lights were all changed. Also, the radiator cover panel under the bonnet was altered - I suspect you might be able to leave the VY one in place, not sure. The bumper reinforcement bar behind the fascia was also unchanged.
