    Default VY lowering!

I have a Vy executive series II and im going out to buy some king springs to lower it (and some monroe shocks) and im not sure how low i could go with out it scrubbing. I have 18"s all around and i dont want to have to roll the guards etc.
So let me know how low to go
    Thanks.

Hey mate... my VY exec has Kings sssl's in the rear and ssl's in the front with standard shocks, no guard rolling at all and running 20's... I dont have ANY issues at all with rubbing! And the rude is about as rough as my stock as a rock BA XR6.

How on earth do you get no scrubbing mate, how about if you have a full car load?

Yeah it makes you wonder whats different about his car.
Consideridering every other VY i've ever heard of being lowerd that far has issues with 18's.

Maybe his wheels are 6" wide.

20X8.5's running 245-30-20 rubber... no scrubbing at all! Haven't had any passengers in it yet.
Oh and sorry, I made a mistake on the rear springs, they are actually SSL's and not SssL's.

    Oddly enough,
I've gots 20's on my VY. 8.5" wide 235/35 rubber, very tight fit but the rear's never scrub. (Unless you go flying over a nasty ditch or something)
Front's are SSL springs but have rolled the front guards as they did scrub while turning, but again it was only minor modification and the rear's were fine as is.
Link to my car's in my signature.

I dont see how people would have major issue's with 18's unless they've just chopped there springs to something lower than SSSL's.
