I have recently got the parts I need to change the two idler pullys and the tensioner Pully on my 2003 VY V6. The bolts were a pain to get off but thats not realy my problem.
when I got the bolts off, the tensioner pully and top ribbed pully fell right off with no problems, but the lower smooth pully didnt and I have tried almost everything and it wont budge. any ideas on how to get it off? would leave it but the old one is sounding a little sick.
I have also heard that 9/10 times the housing will break while trying to get the pully off is there any truth to this?
