Had the engine light pop on not long ago accompanied by a bad idle.
Plugged the laptop in and came up with those 2 codes (running lean bank 1 and 2)..most likely it would be a vacuum leak which i did find in the pcv pipe and also on the rear of the engine where the join is was split in half( very common).
Repaired it all myself plus cleaned and tested the MAF sensor(running well).
I unplugged the battery & reset the ECU...codes still there!!!
Anyone had the same issue or have any ideas of what next?

Forgot to mention oxygen sensors are new!
What software are you using? Normally the software can clear the codes.
How long did you have the battery off for as well?

Yeh though of that but the code will just come back if the issue hasn't been resolved.
Had it disconnected for around half hour.
What about the vacuum line to the Charcoal Cannister??? OR the vacuum line to the Heater controls?? OR the vacuum hose to the Power Brake Booster?? Or the EGR Valve . All these worth checking.
Its an ss 5.7L, no EGR system. Ill post it when i find what it is.
