Kings Springs from Vy to Vu

First off just like to say this is my first post ive being watching the forums for a while first time posting though.

My mate has a VY storm ute and it was lowered and he had to take out the springs cuz he couldnt get in his driveway

The part numbers are
KHRL 46SL rears
KHFL 47SL fronts

Ive done some reseach and found they should fit my VU ute as they are basicly the same ute just different years and extras and stuff.. Both with IRS as well

Im guna put the springs in myself wondering if i will need to have the struts shortened for the rears?

I live on the Sunny coast and the roads are good so ride wont be an issue

Shocks in the rear mate not struts yes ya are better off with shorter shocks if its been lowered a fair bit but not everybody does it.

Sorry Shocks..... Will i get away with the springs in the first post going in without any problems

Yes the springs will fit not sure if ya mean that or get away with the standard shock with the lowered springs you have I cant answe that question sorry as I have no idea on the height.
