transmition mount????

a quick question. is it easy to replace the transmition mount or its better to take it to a shop. I've already got 1 with me from Holden..

easy as man jack car up put on stands then jack the trans on the corner of the sump easy as.

can somebody tell how to know a bad transmition mount by looking at it. like does it have pin as engine mounts????????????

Why are you replacing the mount? Have you found its the cause of some noises?

Also what did the mount cost from Holden?

Are you doing this because of a noise? I just did my engine mount's and exhaust checked over and still have a tapping noise when stationary in drive :@ So this seems to be the next job!
