just wondering if vy supercharged 6's are ment to have a engine cover on them?

All the L67's come with the Cover from Factory. Just like every engine. Most throw them away because they looks shit and trap heat.

All ecotec's have engine covers, but they arent needed. Just for looks

yella tera fuel rails can relpace those 'fuel lines' over the blower and look alot better

Far cheaper and easier to convert a set of ECOTEC fuel rails compared to spending $400.00 for fuel rails.
If you do want to change them PM VRTIDY he has all the brackets and instructions that you will need.

Yeah the VS rails look much better and cost a lot less, you do have to do a bit of work to them so they fit well.
