help with debadging back holden lion on boot lid?

on the vy it seems the badge is not glued on but clipped into the metal with 2 plastic clips. is this correct? how do i remove it and if i do wont there be 2 holes in the boot?

It just pops out. There is double sided tape on it as well. Just use a really thin bit of tin/alloy or a butter knife.
