HELP!,thinking about trading on a Ford

my VY SS Ute keeps throwing a check engine code,only does it at idle or low speed, engine doesn't miss a beat. Stays on for a varied amount of time and then goes off. In constant stopping traffic like roadworks or traffic lights might come on a dozen times, highway driving not at all
Have been to Holden, Lean Fuel code Bank 1 & 2. Two new o2 sensors. new air filter. no exhaust leaks, standard exhaust system 6 months later am still chasing the cause
Any suggestions would be helpful

not serious yet! just desperate. although it appears the V8's aren't too fussy about fuel as it doesn't like premium fuel just shitty old unleaded
