    Default Boot lid loose

ive had some trouble for while with my boot lid not sitting straight... i dunno why it does it cause none of the bolts inside have been touched and nothing i could do could get it straight... in the vs forum they mentioned loosening the lid bolts and doing them up when its in position... i tried that the other day and now its sits fine on one side but sits even higher on the side it was already high on... also now its all lose and whenever i go over a bump i can hear it clunk as it tries to lift up and the only thing holding it is the latch... i was going to try adjusting the bolts that hold the supports to the car but i wanted to see if anyone else had this problem before i went and made things worse.
    thanks in advance

have the arms on the boot been bent or somethin? if its fine one side and out the other all i can think of is that somethins taken a knock or hit to cause it, and also check the boot latch close when closed even if the bolts are a bit loose it shouldnt clunk as bad as wat i imagine yur saying it is
