one side HI beam not working?

So the drivers side Hi beam and HI part of the H4 bulb isnt working. the passenger side works fine. Ive swapped bulbs and HI beam bulbs and nothing works. I have noticed my dash lights come on when i step on the break which i know happens when i lights out, but that may be because i have a reverse light out that i havnt had time to change yet

Would each light run on a seperate fuse?? Ive had three different actualt headlights in, the stock ones and two aftermarket versions. Nothing fixes it. Any ideas?

i know my vr has seperate hi beam fuses and when one of them blew,it did all sorts of weird things to the headlights and driving lights,replaced fuse and it was all good
