wagon rear bar help

hi everyone..

just a quick question...
would a vz stock standard rear bar, fit on a vy series 1 wagon as a replacement, as some inconsiderate idiot decided they didnt know how to park in my work place car park and left me with a lovely/dint scratch on mine, and there is one on ebay that im keen on buying, respraying and re fitting myself. as i got quoted 852.50 for a new bar, respray and everything. which i wasnt too pleased about. and just as a side note i do have the hayman reece towbar installed if thats any help...

It should bolt straight on. The wagon uses identical rear body panels from VT to VZ and only differentiated between models by different designs of bumper, tail-light and chromed badges etc.

yeah i thought so... when i looked on ebay, there is this vz one on there for 99c and i have asked about postage am just waiting on a reply now, i do like the look of the vz bumper over the vy. thanks mate.
