Lowering a VY

I am looking to lower my 2004 VY S pack. I dont know much about lowering cars so any help would be appriciated. I want to go as low as the legal limit which i believe is 100mm off the ground.
What springs do i need:
Will i need new shock obsorbers:
Will i need bump shocks etc.
Avearage cost?

your lookin at about 400 bucks to sit on kings/pedders super lows which from memory the tyre factory told me thats lowest legal

hey mate, super lows all round and Monroe gt sport lowered shocks all round is roughly 800 ordered in from your local super cheap auto, ive got it on my vx and it sits on tyre, good ride aswell with the shocks.
