SS Style Aftermarket Headlights & Tail Lights

So I know these have been around for a while now so I just wanted to get some feedback on the quality and fitment of these, as the prices they are going for on eBay are a bit hard to resist in comparison to the genuine items... So yea basically just asking how do they fit in terms of gaps and what not, and how is the plastic i.e. is it beginning to yellow or anything??? Thanks Guys!

i got the headlights about 6 months ago and they havent missed a beat - no problems with them at all, definitely recommend them as they're half the price of genuine ones

Too easy man definitely sounds like a go with the head lights, did you get yours off eBay too if so what seller if you don't mind me askning? Do you have to drop the front bar to put them in man what's the go ay??

they're all the same type - i got mine from i think it was justcomm wreckers or someone but they get them from a factory close by so he sent me to them....so basically find the cheapest one :P

as for fitting, yeah you have to take the bumper off and swap over the globes, not too hard of a job

im looking at getting VY SS lights for my VY S II aswell because i like the black as apposed to the silver reflector surrounds . quick question, what is the difference, visual wise, witht these non-genuine ebay items as opposed to genuine holden items?

Too easy then, I'm just going to go for them cause even if they don't last as lond and go yellow in like a few years they'll still be worth it considering how cheap they are... I'd really like to know if anyone has the aftermarket SS tail lights though as well ay cause you definitely can't go one without the other

yeah i got the non genuine taillights and they are great with no difference that i can tell to the originals. i got quoted over $500 from a holden dealer so your better off going with these i reckon

Thanks heaps mate I'm definitely sold on them now... So cheap and they'll make the car look a million times better in my opinion!

ok thanks guys. Dr HaxZaw, would you be able to post some pics of your lights fitted to your car? im just curious about the gaps between the body and the lights.
