VX SS exhaust onto a VY V6?

Hey, everyone.

I've got a pretty straight-foward question regarding exhaust replacement. At the moment I've got a twin-pipe setup on my VY V6 that's just about had it, but I happen to have an exhaust pipe from a VX SS ute that was removed after only around 5,000km's, so I was wondering if there's any chance of getting it to fit onto the VY.

No, too long. The rear outlet is straight too compared to biased for the sedan to suit the bumper curve.

You could get it to fit with some cutting and welding though.

Damn. Thanks, man. Was hoping to save myself some cash. Might quiz the guys I have doing the work for me on it and see if they up for a bit of cutting. No major loss if it gets destroyed in the process.
