Rattle in speedo cluster

I have suddenly gotten a rattle in my speedo cluster like a rock or something is stuck between the perspex and the plastic frame. It could also be the perspex itself vibrating against the plastic surround. Has anyone had this happen to them before?
It has only been opened once by Phreddy when he did the dash lights conversion. Maybe he didnt fully put it back on right? Help on how to solve this would be great as it is quite annoying.

You could try and have a look if you wanted to its quite easy to remove the cluster And from memory there is a couple of screws that hold the plastic surround on. Just need torx screw drivers

Righto. I'll have to get some torx screw drivers then. Might end up painting the surround satin chrome too like in the SS's.
