Hi Guys,
Question RE the VY Calais/Commodore LSD's...
Are they the same for the V6/V8 Models? As in interchangable? Need to know asap

Yep. Mine was off a V8 and bolted straight up. Just ensure it has the right tail-shaft connector. Some are rubber coupling others are some uni-joint or something.

V6 and V8 are the same on the outside. but the internals on the v8 one are shot-peened and have different ratios too.
The diff on my Vy v6 is from a VZ SS ute. all I had to do was remove the ABS sensors.

Different ratio's isnt a biggy for me as im getting that changed before it goes in the car....
So it will basically bolt straight in? Sweet?
