Aerial Problem

I replaced the standard single stacker Blauplunkt cd player in my VY Crewman with a 6 stacker Blauplunkt unit. All good, fits exactly like the instructions said it would, except that the auto aerial that used to rise and fall with ignition on/off doesn't. Neither does the Up/Down aerial control on the 6 stacker work. Can anyone tell me how to fix, or even how to access the aerial unit.

You have to get Holden to program the new unit into the car with the tech 2, once this is done the aerial will go up and down as normal. Holden should only charge 1/2 hour labour to do it

I have something similar.
I got my stacker taken out and replaced with a pioneer one
Problem is my aerial will always go up when you turn the stereo on, even if im using a CD and not the radio it will always go up
Is this an easy fix?

In your case it may be that the stereo remote wire (ie used to turn amp on) is connected to the aerial instead of the aerial control wire. A simple fix once you get the stereo out and look at the wires.
