Unhappy VY S I, fog lights plugged in but not working? wats next step? help !

    hey guys

I recently put fog lights into my commodore, the wiring was there i plugged them in but they arent working, i dont know what the next step should be? do i have to get a switch or is it just a missing fuse ? are they suppose to turn on automatically with the parkers?

you will need as headlight switch for the foglights like this

COMMODORE VY VZ SS CALAIS INTERIOR HEADLIGHT FOG SWITCH (eBay item 300496625315 end time 24-Mar-11 14:09:28 AEDST) : Cars, Bikes, Boats

the switch pulls back to turn the fogs on. you might also need to check if there is a spot in the fusebox for a fuse and relay

Like said /\/\/\......a fog light enabled head light switch is needed. You will also need a relay to go in the blank hole in the relay box near the drivers side strut tower.

Why use a seperate switch? Looks ugly and the only limitation of the factory switch is that you must have the parkers on to turn the fogs on (which is the law!).

WHATS!? about the law thing.. my fog lights when i brought them from the shop came with a a switch.. i stuck uner my head lights switch and i can turn them on when the car is off.. i dont need parkers on or anything, already been pulled over by the cops and they checked my car out, but they didnt say anything about the fog lights?
