Hey, i had a brain snap the other day, has anyone bought the chev grille, and then chopped the top and bottom bits of (the chev badge) out to make it a straight silver stripe? or can you just get a plain one ready to go?

im geussing if you took the whole badge off and then got some of that body putty stuff or whatever you could just fill in the lines around the edge of the badge and then just work on it till its one stripe and then paint it silver... would look a lot better than just cutting the badge imo

Yeh i was throwing around differents ideas in my head, and cutting was one, and removing was another, i was thinking possibly matching the stripe with the body colour (which is black) so would still look alright, if not better

What's wrong with the Holden badge. The vy one is nice and small

nothing wrong with it, just want something different is all, i used to have an AUII falcon tonner with the front ford badge re-written to say Gordo, but in the ford font, couldnt tell from a distance, but looked awesome and when i sold it, the stupid bloke gave me an extra $500 for as he said 'naming his new ute'.
