VX hsv exhaust system into VY?

gday a mate of mine wrote off his vx clubby the other day and said i could have his exhaust system if it fits, its got vx hsv extractors, hsv down pipes, ballistic cats and diffilippo catback, does anyone know if it will bolt straight on to my vy calais? thanks

If your VY is a V8, then yes, it will all bolt straight on.

Only issue you MIGHT have, the bar cut out for the exhaust tip is slightly different.
I found going from VY to VX the tips sat lower, so going VX to VY you might have to give the mounts some persuasion.
