Default vy ss rims sprayed black on vy ss

    Hey guys,

I just recently got a set of vy ss rims for free off my uncle and he has already primed 2 of them and was preparing to strip a 3rd and i was just curious what you guys would think if i had sprayed them black and put some low profile tyres on my Delf blue VY exec and possibly lowering the car in a month or 2.

just seeing everyones opinions on what it would look like, suggestions and images would be very helpful.

    thanks guys,

    schoey3

I love the look mate, gives the car that stealth tough street kind of look.

I wouldnt say they look cheap but im not saying they look graet on a bog stock ss either. Personally i only think you can pull it off if it has been lowered.

Lowering the car looks good but I think black rims look dirty as if they're covered in brake dust but thats me. White rims look good on a blue car (like the VK SS's).

Sorry, I reckon the original silver finish is streets ahead in appearance. Hate the black.

Personally never been a fan of black wheels, looks almost as ordinary as stockies without hubcaps.
