Hey all,
odd problem:
I'm currently in the process of installing a new audio system in my VY sII s pack, and have half of the dash out.
Somethings been annoying me for a little while now, there seems to be dried liquid on the other side of the dash cluster glass (I'm talking in behind the steering wheel, infront of odometer etc.). How hard is it to remove that panel of glass/plastic to clean it?
Likes to pictures/diagrams would be great!
Thanks in advance![]()
easy job , you canbuy a replacement cluster "lens" from dealer about $40. you have to remove the cluster completely from the dash (4 screws) ( plus 2 screws from the cluster surround plate first & lift that out first) & the lens just unclips from around the perimeter of the cluster , make sure battery is disconnected before you undo the single electrical plug from the rear of the cluster. .
And whatever you do, don't get fingerprints or dust on the inside of the new lens as you fit it.
