Can you reset VY trip meter?

hi my trip computer only comes on when the brakes are on, have no idea what is wrong? is there anyway to reset it?

press set nomaly dose it but if you have no luck disconect the battery and reset every thing

press and hold the set button, one mate holds it for a few seconds, mine I gotta hold if for something like 10 or so seconds.
