Fuel gauge Problem.

Hello,

I'm having a problem with my fuel gauge it's reading Zero when there is petrol in the car.

I checked the diagnostics and I got this.

Petrol sender voltage- 3volts and petrol sender resistance 270 ohms.

I'm unaware of what it should be resistance and voltage wise.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have a VY S commodore 2004 model.
