gearbox change vy - vz

was just wondering if the gearbox's are interchangeable between a 03 5 speed vy and a 04 6 speed vz

No there not the bell housing is different between the alloytec and the Eco tec. You could make it work with a new tail shaft a mod to the wiring loom, custom clutch set up and a adaptor plate. Not really worth the 6th speed
