VY Commodore Front Power Windows Not Working

hi i recently noticed that my 2 front power windows have been playing up. i click the button for the windows to go down but with each click the window only goes down about 5mm, after constantly clicking the button the window goes all the way down by 5mm movements. but then when i try to shut it it works perfectly fine. then try to open it and does the same procedure. any help would be great thanks

Unlikely that both motors or switches have failed at the same time.

Have a look at the last post on the thread below, might wanna try reset the BCM.
