the worst part is we have right hand drive and they have left hand, boosters in wrong spot etc brakes will match more than likely, extractors might have problems

postage on bigger items like that from the states generally negates the savings on the items price itself

Cams and engine parts are worth getting, but the extractors won't fit due to being LHD.

I can do a set of Hurricane 4-1 with 1 7/8" primaries for $726. $40 shipping Australia wide.

I have purchased Lingenfelter Fuel Injectors & LS2 Throttle body fly by wire harness kit from USA for my CV8Z at a fraction of Oz prices. Theres some great companies offering these quality bits , just by searching on Google or Ebay , sky is the limit.....

pretty sure your gonna have issues there colgf with the harness, I've heard the US style harness' don't open the throttle enough going from VZ hitachi to LS2
Also what manifold are you using the LS2 throttle on?

Please inform me if the harness works

if you have issues check out Torque Rush LS2, LS7, LS3 to LS1 throttle body adapter harness

    Hey guys.

    Looking at the same thing.

Www.rockauto.com do a gm Pontiac gto clutch kit (with flywheel and release bearing) for 440usd then 250ish to ship to nz.

There's no duty on car parts but I'll have to pay 15% gst.

Still much cheaper than the 1600nzd + gst I was quoted.

From my searching the gto has ls1 and mm6 gearbox same as my vy ss

    Cheers for the help all

im now looking at replacing my brakes as they are shit and fade and wobble under pressure ! a little spirited driving and it wants to chuck the towel in . not good for a performanmce oriented car like the ss ..
no wonder why japs make better handling and braking cars out of the box! so shopping for some brake kits on ebay usa seems willwood are selling nice kits..
