Have been getting the slow leak from the drivers side radiator tank. New radiator ordered....
Will replace myself, looks straight forward but has anyone else done this job on the ls1 and like to share any tips,I assume no special tools would be necessary..... I plan to do it at my work site one afternoon so would have a few hours of sunlight only.
I have a spare heater tap I might throw on also, might be worth replacing the thermostat too while I'm at it.
Any further advice or tips most appreciated.
If you are not replacing with an all alloy radiator then only fit genuine, quite a few of the aftermarket styles are pretty dodgy in their manufacture.
I picked this article up in a parts magazine.
